Keep it moisturized, make sure your showers are short and not too hot; hot water dries out your skin. if it gets really bad, go see a dermatologist and he/she can give you a prescription for some stronger ointment. i know this is wta everyone tells you but if you keep it up, eventually it will go away. Also, if nothing helps try getting an allergy test, if your allergic to anything that you come into contact in your everyday life, by removing this, your Eczema can go away
