Just open
C:\Users\<your account>\Favorites
and delete all (export if needed first)
To hide Favorites bar in IE, follow below steps: 1. Open Internet Explorer 2. Click the Tools button, point to Toolbars, 3. Click Favorites Bar to clear the check mark.

if your using internet explorer the in the SAFY tab on the top find "Delete browser History.
you delete it... By pressing Control and H at the same time and then pres clear history or on Internet Explorer you can go to Tools, then delete browsing history.
