get grass and electric type moves on high level Pokemon. you can findand Giga Drain TMs if you explore.

You need a Pokemon that can learn Dive. The Pokemon I used was Latios; he can learn Dive and Surf, so I used him for the three dogs (Raikou, etc.), and right now, I'm going into Stormy Sea. I'm 100% sure it's 40 floors.
^Ok this one is not completely true, it is not required that you have a pokemon that can learn the move dive, if you just have your leader carry the HM dive is it also possible to get in. I just used my first pokemon pikachu having it carry the HM and than absol and magnemite... none of them can learn dive, but i did get in (and back out before it was done cuz i'm still to weak :p)

Once you beat stormy sea you do some rescue missons you then get mail about buried relic. which you go to. it has 99 floors

all you have to do is clear stormy sea and pitfall valley then be freinds with the three legendry birds then talk to alakazam then you gain acces to silver trench
after finishing stormy sea read the newsletter then talk to lombre and then to shiftry
There r 40 floors. Kyogre is at the end of it with 50% recruitment rate.

no, you cannot get shiny Pokemon in blue, or the entire mystery dungeon series (except the ones on the wii: Pokemon stormy adventure squad, blazing adventure squad, and the other one i forget)
There is not a Calm Sea in Blue Rescue Team, bu there is a Grand Sea, Far-Off Sea, and Stormy Sea. Sorry.
