I like to use a plastic zip tie to poke around in the hole to clear the obstruction.
The evaporator drain is on the lower passenger side of the firewall.
Most likely a clogged evaporator drain. Have a mechanic with a lift clear the drain tube. Expect to need the evaporator core replaced soon.

To find the evaporator housing drain you will need to check your Chrysler manual. Look for the under hood diagram for it's exact location.
The radiator drain plug on a Chrysler Sebring is located on the bottom, left side of the radiator. It allows for coolant to be quickly drain from the system.
It should be on the drain plug.
