there are three ways
1. take the car into a shop and have the problem fixed.
2. find an obdII scanner and have the code erased.
3. disconnect the battery for 10-15 seconds. disconnecting the battery will erase saved data on the computer and is the worst solution.
if the problem dose not get fixed the check engine light will turn back on so the best option is to just get it fixed.
