Because the clouds cover up the cold air that tries to get into Earth.
well... during the day the sun heats up the earth. and when night falls and its cloudy the clouds act like a blanket and keep the heat in better than if it was not cloudy at night. (Just wanted to tell that i didn't think of this someone else did.)
sunlight can even go through the cloud's, but it is hard to pick up. but solar panels can pick up this little sunlight.
During the day, the earth is heated by the sun. If skies are clear, more heat reaches the earth's surface. However, if skies are cloudy, some of the sun's rays are reflected off the cloud droplets back into space. Therefore, less of the sun's energy is able to reach the earth's surface, which causes the earth to heat up more slowly. This leads to cooler temperatures.
Late in the afternoon on a clear, sunny day, stand outside with your back to the sun, and with a garden hose, spray a fine mist of water into the air in front of you. Spread it out well, to the left and to the right, up and down, and eventually you will find the proper locations where a rainbow is seen when you spray the mist there.
yes. always draw up clear before cloudy. (regular before NPH)
Phosphate buffers put in cloudy pools will clear it up. The buffer clears the pool by reducing CH levels.
no it works magically :P If you want to clear the windshield you do.
I would say if you have ice or frost on the windshield it would be best to let the car warm up for 10 minutes or so to help you clear the windshield.

The presence of high humidity, and a difference in temperature between the inside and outside.
Because the clouds cover up the cold air that tries to get into Earth.
The "cloudy" insulins are long-acting, while the "clear" insulins are rapid or short-acting. Drawing up the clear insulins first prevents the vial of short-acting insulin from being contaminated with a long-acting insulin.
The water coming from my sinks is very cloudy. I filled up a glass, and couldn't even see thru it. It just a min or so it was clear, but why is this happening? It just started today.
