How do you click off cancel on preview print to reactivate printing?

Somehow, I canceled the printing part of Print Preview on the computer, because cancel
shows up in bold letters and the print shows up in light gray. So now I can't print
anything. I know it's simple, but I'm not finding the answer my self. Thank you
for helping.
