In the forgery training, the one fake painting of the three was identified by the difference in the signature.
In the Moonlight painting, stars are showing through the Moon.

You click on the dark side of the moon.
The star in the photo could not be visible through the Moon. Click on it.
Click on the Moon : the photo must be fake because you can see through the dark part of the Moon.

The part of the moon where the stars behind it, practically the moon so just click that.

There is an online game called Poptropica, which has a Counterfeit Island. The word counterfeit means a fake or forgery.
You go up to where the moon is, and click the dark side of the it. It says that the dark side of the moon should block your view of the stars, but you can still see them.
Click on the corner that looks like it is ripped an wait until you get knocked out.
Click anywhere near the Moon on the photo : the stars could not possibly be seen "through" the dark part of the Moon, as it is just in shadow.
