The path to the top of the Pirate Outpost is a twisting one, as always on Poptropica. Follow the signs to the Corsair Cannonry at upper right.
- Swim to the left under the skull, or climb past the pirate at the right and cross the eye sockets to the left.
- Go up from the cannon at lower left, past the pirate, and to the right along the top of the skull.
- Jump onto the cannon, then up, or climb the chain to the Cannonry.
The Cannonry is the location of the skilled Cannoneer, who you may hire once you can afford him (20,000 doubloons). Climb onto the roof, then across to the left, to the mast where the pirate flag is flying. On the mast is the Cannon Starter Kit (fuses), which fires any of the cannon at the outpost. Just below is a small barrel of explosives.
(*By pushing the barrel off, into the water, and below the Golden Tooth, you can fire the cannon at left, hitting the barrel and revealing the map piece behind the tooth.)
