get a ditto, doesn matter what level, and take it to the day-care on 4 island with the Pokemon you want to clone put the both in and wait a while. then go back and talk to the man outside the daycare. get the egg and hatch it to figure out how long search it on Google and the result with bulwiki or some thing any ways once you hatch it it is the basis type of the Pokemon you cloned!

First , You need a Ditto
Then you need to go to Day Care , And put your Ditto along with the Pokemon you want to Clone . ( It wont work with some Pokemon , like Legendairy pokemons , and some others )
Then leave the place and go back in , Talk to the Guy , He will give you a Egg , There you go .
This works on almost all Pokemon games .
