Well, buying several and making room in the garden shed for them, with a rack to hang them on might work.

It seems like an interesting collection. They have been around since pre-history.

You should probably decide also what types you want to collect. There are many:

  • Collinear hoe--narrow, razor-sharp blade
  • Dego hoe--heavy, broad delta-shaped blade and a flat edge
  • Dutch hoe--loop of flat, sharpened strap metal
  • Hoedag--curved, convex, round-nosed blade
  • Stirrup hoe--double edged blade that bends around to form a stirrup-like rectangle attached to the handle
  • Swoe hoe--one-sided variant of the Dutch hoe
  • Wheel hoe--hoe or pair of hoes attached to one or more wheels
  • Fork hoe/clam hoe
  • Adze hoe--traditional, but heavier and stronger
