Communicate the organization's business

in a respectful manner. Get your point

across. Make sure the person

understands what you communicated.

Ask him/her a work-place related

question if necessary.

Take note of body gestures.

A co-worker rolling his/her

eyes means, now is not the

time to ask me a question.

Do your work. Meet the

organization's goals, and that

can possibly change a co-worker's

mind about you.

Do not violate that person's

space unless it's a work related

matter. Continue with

your work-day.
