The first time around, you defeat Whitney and get the SquirtBottle from the flower shop in order to wake up and battle Sudowoodo on Route 36. After defeating Pryce at Mahogany Town, you go back to Goldenrod City to defeat Team Rocket at the Goldenrod Radio Tower.
