Shake your device to make the sledgehammer fall out of its hole (tapping on it won't work).
Then tap the sledgehammer on the floor to put it into your inventory.
Select the sledgehammer in your inventory.
Tap the wall until it breaks open, revealing the green arrow. (Should take 6 taps.)
