First, take out the nearest explorer just to the right. Go all the way to the right side to kill the next one - it doesn't matter whether go along the top or bottom row if you do it right, but I'd recommend the bottom to be safe - and back. Now go down to kill the next explorer and back to the first column; now down and to the right, being careful to leave the bottom right brick intact. Eliminate the next three [down, right, right, down, right, up, up, right]. Now go kill the next explorer that's still up a few rows.
