Tap the screw that is on the floor to put it into your inventory.
Slide the yellow caution sign over to reveal the empty hole that should contain a screw.
Highlight the screw in your inventory, and tap the empty hole to place it there.
Highlight the screwdriver in your inventory and tap the screw you just placed to tighten it up.
After the screw is placed in the hole and tightened, the doors will open automatically.
