First, slide the trashcan aside to reveal the green arrow.
Tap the arrow to put it into your inventory.
Highlight the green arrow in your inventory.
Tap the gray indentation above the red arrow where it should go.
Tap the correctly placed green arrow, and the elevator doors will open.
