For level 39, you have to cover all of the exposed spots with 4 continuous straight lines (you have to not lift your finger between lines).
You must connect all the grey circles using 4 lines.
One method:
-Start bottom left corner (Green circle)
-Draw a line all the way across bottom to other green circle
-Draw diagonal Up/Left until the top,
-Draw straight down until the bottom
-Draw diagonal Up/Right
