Burn the rope holding the fences with your match then move the fences away.
Change the circles with red wedges so that the triangles are facing the same directions as the eyes on the faces above the door. The pointy parts of the eyes and the pointy part of the wedge shapes should be pointing the same direction.
Match the top left face with the top left 2 circles, the bottom left face with the bottom left 2 circles, etc.
In general, the solution is
Left top: the red wedges should both be down (pointy parts pointing up).
Left bottom: the red wedges should be on the outer edges (pointy parts pointing at each other).
Right top: the red wedges should be on the outer edges (same as left bottom).
Right bottom: the red wedges should both be on top (pointy parts pointing down).
