Look at the map in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. There should a letter on it other than the 'n' which is for north. Drive to that location, get out of your car and enter the pink circle that should be there. Then there will be a short cutscene and after that the mission will start. A blip will normally then appear on the map again, go to that location, (where you may encounter another short cutscene) then instructions of what to do next should shortly follow, (you can see them at the bottom of your screen and in the brief section of the pause menu).
