Lure the pink fish to the top of the tank to get it (might take a while). After that go to the entrance. Get the fish and click on the pelican and pop the fish in it's mouth to get a tool back. Then reach to the lift and find two nails. Take out the tool and twist them out at a time. Two puzzles will pop for you to fix the lift. After the results go to 2D's room and close the curtains first.
