After you have retrieved the "Enchanted stones", all you need to do is speak to Explorer Jack in Lumbridge and give him the stones.
I'm sorry to say, but the caves differ from person to person, so basically you can only solve them or yourself, I found it hard as well.

i dont think so... but i know that Free-to-play players can get up to 42 quest points, if they have completed the 2 holiday quests, Swept Away, and Myths of the White Lands.
