Asking for yet another guide for the Warbears Secret Location is not the best idea in the world. There are already some really great walkthroughs out there, and they tell you all you need to know up until 4.I. While on the subject of the annoying Level 4.I, i will say this. It only takes a good amount of logic to figure it out. You know those black and white lines that appear? They are very likely to be binary, and when translated into 0's and 1's could open the door. I cannot say this is right-you might as well try it out and see what happens.
