Good question, you just go to 'community' than 'directories' than next to the search engine their is a small green icon (can't miss it) that says view players birthdays. Just click on it, write down a player or remember one than go back to the directory. Search the player and than click on them and congratulate them. :) good luck!

If you go on the players page there is a congratulation box. At the bottom of this box is a button saying something like congratulate this player!Go to the directory, enter their login, and click CONGRATULATE (name) FOR THEIR GAME.
Go to that player's page and click "Congratulate This Player". On the user's page, you should see a box with all the previous congratulations. Underneath it is a link, which says "congratulate ... for a great game." Just click the link and it will congratulate the player. You can only congratulate a user once every day.

Player accounts are removed from the Howrse game after 90 days of inactivity although email warnings are sent before this happens.
There are thousands of players on the Howrse game accross different servers. There is no way for the game to pre-empt who referred you. When you sign up, there is a box to input the name of the player instead.
No, you cannot purchase seniority on Howrse. Seniority is how long you have been playing a game, and isn't a ranking that a player can progress on by improving their game - it's more like a simple list of who's been on the game the longest.
