you get a qualified engineer to do it !
For refilling you only need the low side but if you have a manifold gage set you will connect to both to monitor the pressure on both sides, 50-60 on the low or suction side and around 200 on the high side.( typical)
low side never charge from high side
The low pressure side.
The low side will be located on the front side of the a/c manifold..........
buy a charging kit of r-134a refrigerant attach to the low-side charging connection (NEVER THE HIGH SIDE) the low side should have a dust cap that needs removing
yes
High side, If you charge liquid on the low side it can cause the valves of the compressor to break.
Charging the AC unit on the low side is important because it allows for a more accurate measurement of the refrigerant levels and system pressure. The low side is where the refrigerant is in a vapor state, making it easier to assess the system's performance and avoid overcharging. Additionally, charging on the low side helps to prevent potential damage to the compressor, which can occur if the refrigerant is added on the high side. This method ensures a safer and more efficient charging process.
To the low side. Yes to the low side, on the suction side, larger hose on the a/c manifold behind the a/c compressor.
I believe it is under the air filter housing.
Behind the grille
The low-side port is located next to the compressor. It will have a cap on it. This is very visible..and will be where you charge your system. Your charging adaptor will only fit the low-side anyway. follow the directions to your charging kit carefully.
