If you are trying to reach someone at Downtown Disney (or any division of the Parks and Resorts), it is recommended that you contact Guest Communications. Their mailing address is Guest Communications, Walt Disney World Company, P.O. Box 10000, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. You can also use this address to contact Keith Bradford, Vice-President of Downtown Disney (as well as Sports and Golf Operations). Simply replace "Guest Communications" with his name.
