Dear Credit Bureau,
I received a letter from USAA Federal Savings Bank stating the Credit Bureau has a different address on me, Mr. Dennis M. Bortko; P.O. Box 40145; S. Padre Island, TX. 78597! YET the address on the credit application and the address on the credit report are exactly the same---P.O. Box 40145; S. Padre Island, TX 78597. This I don't understand. I called Experian, as their name was mentioned in the letter I received from USAA. They advised me to contact the Credit Bureau.
I have had the above address since 2001, and it is my only address. Due to my extensive travel, I have had my mail forwarded to me from the S. Padre Island Post Office to wherever my travels had taken me,m but other than that, the address above is my mailing and billing address.
Could the Bureau please record my correct address and confirm that with USAA? Please advice.
Dennis M. Bortko
One could contact a credit bureau by going to the creditinfocenter. This site is updated regularly and shares quite a bit of information, on anything having to do with credit, good or bad.

It really depends on which credit union you are trying to contact. Each major credit has a website. You should be able to go on their website and find a contact us link. The contact us links are usually at the very bottom of the page, or in the site's "about" area.
If you call a credit bureau and get the automated system, you can press 0 to speak to a live person. Sometimes you have to press 0 several times before someone will answer.
Go to this site and type in your zip code. It will then tell you how to contact your local BBB http://www.bbb.org/

Contact Dunn and Bradstreet they will provide your company a rank
contact the 3rd credit bureau to verify they have your information correct and not multiple files or a mixed file
Contact the 3 national Credit Bureaus; Experian, Equifax and Trans Union. They can assist you with this question.
If you have a copy of your credit report the creditor's last known phone number and/or address should be listed. If it is not you can contact the credit bureau that it is reported with and they can try to get you that info. Otherwise, dispute it with the credit bureau. If they can't verify the information they will delete it. Good luck.

That depends on what you mean by "can't find or locate a creditor". If you get a copy of each of your credit reports, they will list the contact information for each of the creditors that are reporting any type of information about you on your credit report. if you cannot get a response from the creditor after locating their contact information on your credit report, then you may want to "dispute" the information with the credit bureau that is reporting the information. Simply write a letter to the credit bureau stating that the information being reported on XYZ account is not accurate. Please remove this information from my credit file. The bureau will contact the reporting creditor...if the creditor does not respond within a timely fashion, the information will be removed from your credit file.
A Wizard credit check can be performed by going to a credit bureau and getting help from the credit bureau. Another way to do it is through an online credit bureau.
