I think a vampire if in existence was a human at one point in time, and with humanity comes the gift that everyone has of free will! Along with free will comes choice and choice is distinguished by alot of things anywhere from upbringing to belief to politics , basically a very wide array comes with choice but free will gives choice , So in conclusion if vampires do exist i'd like to think they are capable to control there own choices by free will!
