*there are some ways to keep from eating way to mush salt:
-ask somebody in your house to hide the salt from you , when your not looking (of course)
-pay attention to how much your using , and dont put the amount you want on there
-grabbing a pinch, is the serving size.
*those are some ways you can eat without using to much, and prevent tons of weight.
