How do you control panic attacks?

all you haft to do is breath in and out. i to have panic attacks too and they are scarry. they only last 30 min. and remember they can not hurt you. hope you get better with them!!!!=] Try this tip, place a paper bag over your nose and mouth and breathe in and out of it slowly and calmly, this makes the heart beat go back to a normal pace, so therefore making the attack stop much sooner!
