You do not, unless you have Acrobat or some other software that can edit PDF files. An acrobat PDF file is basically a picture of the document. If you can edit the file, sometimes you can SaveAs, but if all you have is a PDF file and MS Excel, you will not be able to convert to a worksheet. You can, however, import as an object into Excel and display the page in a worksheet. This will be the same as importing an image; you can display the image, but you will not be able to edit the contents.
Are you talking about the freeware Acrobat Reader? That only reads PDF files. It cannot create them. Recent versions of office software such as MS Office, Ashampoo Office, Open Office, etc., can export directly to PDF format. If you want to create PDF files from other apps, get a freeware PDF creator program such as doPDF, Bullzip, PrimoPDF, or PDF Creator. Each of these has its own advantages and disadvantages, but they all perform essentially the same function. They install a "driver" that appears to your computer as a "printer". To create a PDF file, you select Print from the File menu, and then select the PDF driver as the target printer.
In Microsoft Office Publisher 2007, open your Publisher document. On the menu bar, click on File. Then choose "Publish as PDF or XPS..." from the File menu. In the resulting Save dialog box, make sure the save type is PDF. Finally, click on "Publish". Both the Publisher document and the new PDF file will now reside on your system.
We go file and click open and go to my computer and open your wallpaper
About all the Acrobat Pro adds is the ability to made a PDF type files from various documents. There are many ways to do this for free.Acrobat Pro is used for creating PDF document from any file such as picture, MS Exel file, MS Word file, and so on. When you install this software on your machine, a pdf printer driver is automatically installed, and this printer gives you the ability to print your file directly from the program you are using(such as MS Word...) to PDF format.
The major difference is file format. MS office 2007 uses xml file format ie docx, xlsx, pptx, etc.
