First of all if you at younger than the age of 12 you don't need to straighten your hair. But if you are older than twelve than that's the age that you should be able to start straightening you hair. Being a tween/ a young teen has a lot of pressure involved. You start to question your looks and feel you need beauty products to feel pretty. If you are like 15 or older than you should really be allowed to straighten your hair.
Try asking if you can experiment with the straightener. Ask her to experiment a few times then maybe she will see that you are handling the product properly and that no harm is being done. After that try casually asking. If she says no don't take an attitude with her just calmly ask why. If she is worried about you burning your hair or damaging tell her that you will use flat iron heat protectant spray. She may then realize that you want to take this responsibly. Also try thinking about all the reasons you want to straighten your hair before the conversation. Don't just say to be pretty because you know parents they will just say that your beautiful anyways. Make your reasons realistic and believable. If she is on bored but still doesn't like the idea of you straightening your hair ask her to teach you how to properly do it. I hope I helped and good luck.;)
Be on your best behavior ?
Dont it will ruin your hair
Tell her how much u want to do it and why u should.
You tell her that it is only for a couple of weeks (wash out colour) or just do it yourself.
If your dying your hair blue, you wont convince her, and trust me it doesn't look appealing by most standards. If it'll wash out just tell her that and she should be reasonable about it.
By showing her you deserve one.
Convince them by actually shaving it off and say "hey mom,hey dad this is the new look I'm going for,it's called "I make my own decisions" do ya like it"? And then ask their opinion on pubic hair
it can be as short or as long as you want but with shorter hair you have to be careful not to hit your ears If your younger have your mom do it
You can convince your mother by letting her know that you are responsible.
Just keep asking her about it. It actually took me three years to convince my mom and dad to let me get my bellybutton pierced.
Start by asking her for a boa constrictor.
You don't. If you want one get it when you are 18.
