Maybe you should ask when you mum got her ears pierced , if she did it young use that in your argument. Ask your parents when they think it will be a good time to get your ears pierced, my parents kept putting the age limit up so make them write it on a piece of paper or something, i know it sounds silly, but it works!!
It sorta depends how old you are at the moment though.

∙ 14y agoWell that's a hard sell, you need to prove you are going to take care of it. Aftercare is a daily thing that can't be forgotten. The healing time can be up to a year so you need to know that once it's done you have to see the piercing through till it's healed.
