Ask them for their advice. Tell them that you will do better next time. Make examples of a similar situation. Be sure that what you say is reasonable and don't try to blame it on anyone but yourself. Call yourself stupid, sometimes this will make your teacher feel bad for you and encourage you to do better. But if this doesn't work on your teacher, don't try.
A grade is something you earn because of the work you have done, not something you get because you convinced/persuaded your teacher.
Try doing work that deserves a good grade.
dude just show her that you did nothing wrong and give her a sad puppy face and show her a good report card or grade [does not matter] and that is all
Do your homework, try hard, but whatever you do, don't kiss up to the teacher, kids hate you for that.
you can convince your teacher that you are a good leader, by showing him/her that you are. when you have group projects, take charge! keep up your grades, volenteer around town. head up a group in school.

If you want a good grade you should. Anything the teacher says to do will reflect on your grade.

Good work.
Depends on how your teacher grades. Generally, that is not a very good grade. But it depends on the "curve" as to where the cutoff is for each letter grade.
If you had paid attention to the teacher in grade school, you would be able to answer this question.
You have to have graduated 4th grade. However, if your 3rd grade teacher signs off, they will consider you. Good luck!
Tell her you will get good grades, do chores and help around the house.
