This might come as a suprise but...you can't. I think it would be 18+ if you could cook children. You can however use 'moveobjects on' to make it look like they're cooking but you can't actually do it.

∙ 13y agoThe only things kids can use is an easy-bake oven type contraption found under the children's section of buy mode. It looks like the normal sim-stove but is smaller and more colorful (pink and blue)
