I think that there are two ways to deal with peer pressure
1. simply walk away. If you know that it's a bad choice that they are making you do than just leave because if you stay for too long your bound to fall to the pressure.
2. tell them that you don't want to do it. in lots of cases all you need to do is simply tell them that you're uncomfortable with what they want you to do.
I hope this helps
Peer pressure is the influence of a peer group that exerts (mostly) negative habits unto an individual. Peer influence is an element of peer pressure. Without the pressure, you wouldn't have the influence.
Yes peer pressure can be a positive influence. This happens when it encourages you to bring out the best in you.

Although more often than not peer pressure has a negative influence it can have a positive influence. For example if a person is considering committing suicide and a peer simply talks the issue out with the person it could easily change how they act. It is natural human nature to want to please ones peers so it is not uncommon for a person to be swayed by a simple comment made made by a peer.
Peers can influence you to spend money that you would not spend if it were not for the peer pressure. On the other hand, peers can influence you positively by encouraging you not to spend money unwisely.
How does peer pressure influence decision-making among teenagers? What strategies can be used to resist negative peer pressure? How does social media impact peer pressure among young people?
Positive peer pressure and negative peer pressure both involve influence from peers to conform or behave in a certain way. However, positive peer pressure encourages behaviors that are beneficial and constructive, while negative peer pressure promotes behaviors that are harmful or inappropriate. Both types can impact an individual's choices and actions based on the influence of their peers.
