You can use the Print Screen button and then paste into a graphics application and save as a picture.
hold picture, hit copy and paste it on your document...or take a picture by cliking the off and home button at the same time...
Right-click | copy (unless this has been blocked by web site), then go to your document and paste. If right-click | copy does not work, you can press the PrtScr button, open a graphics program (like Paint), paste the screen into the graphics program (Ctrl-V), edit the image, save the image to your desired file type, import that image into your document.
The best way I know is to press select then copy the image and paste it on your document
Do the same as you would do with a picture, i works the same.
You cant do that directly from Word, Word cant save file as picture, press Print Screen on keyboard, then Paste in picture editor program like MS Paint
Usually all you have to do is select the picture, copy it (try Ctrl C) then paste it (Ctrl V) into your document. Or else if the picture is a file on your computer, you can go to Insert at the top of the screen, choose Image: From file and follow the prompts.Right click and copy the photo. Then, in the Word document right ckick , choose Paste to paste it where you want on your Word document!
Paste will just paste whatever you've copied. Paste Special in Wordpad has a few options to paste in different formats which are as a Wordpad document, Rich Text Format, a picture and unformatted text. It is much more limited in options compared to Paste Special in other applications.
Maybe you are trying to paste a jpeg file and nota jpeg picture. You must insert a jpeg file (is a command in the menu) while you can copy&paste a jpeg picture from other programs (for example: MS paint brush)
