There's a rumor... let your Ditto hold it, breed your Ditto, and the Pokemon that you get has a master ball. I have yet to find one of these, but my brother, who has SoulSilver, says he tried it and it doesn't work. Try for yourself if you want.
You can also trade some from other games (Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, whatever) by letting you Pokemon hold it and then trading Pokemon. Other than that, I can't think of anything.
