Most GPX mp3 players hold 2GB to 4 GB. Gigabytes can hold about 250 songs each. Therefore, GPX mp3 players can hold anywhere from about 500-1000 songs.
you've to have a codec fromp media player to gpx
it do work just plug it in and go to windows media player if you don't have it type it in and download peaceThis person is right with this answer, but some systems are not compatible using iTunes songs that are downloaded into Windows Media Player!!! What I did was: Buy the songs off of iTunes, put the on a CD or Compact Disc, then rip the songs onto Windows Media Player. It is much easier this way, plus if your system breaks you have a back up, your CD.Thanks for asking.

An MP3 player with 4 gigabytes of space will hold on average 1000 songs. The amount of songs that a 4 gigabyte MP3 player will hold depends on the size or length of each song; the average being close to three minutes.
I'm having the same problem...it will only play one song or sometimes all the songs in alphabetical order!
If you are willing to do a little research, may I suggest that you look up stereos made by GPX in Consumer Reports, and see what they think as well as what other people think of the, GPX, brand in general.
