you have to go on www.webkinz.com and click on store locator. then you fill out your state and stuff and it will give you a place where you can buy a webkinz. i think you might be able ot buy online too bt im not sure. then once you get your webkinz, there is a secret code on the inside of the little card attached to your webkinz's paw or wing or whatever. then you go back to the website and click the big new member button. if that doesnt work than scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on the words new member. you fill out all the info with mrs. birdy, and wala!
