How do you create a friendship with an ex after you've said some very hurtful things I'm sure it will take sometime.?

first give it some time. then figure out a way to be where she is , you know maybe you both hang with the same crowd then it's easier than if she lives far away.. if you see her all the time start by saying hi then expand on that after a day or two. if she lives in another neighborhood or town just go where she hangs out and talk to her , the worst she can say is beat it kid your bothering me. now in either case if she has a new boyfriend your screwed just write her off for as long as she sees this other guy.
