I'm going to tell you how to make a cartoon the easy way. First create your own characters and bad characters. You will need these programs: Windows Movie Maker and you need Windows DVD maker (optional). Draw the characters with a pen and cut them out. Move them along the paper and put into a camera so, you can put it into the computer! That's how you do it!!!!!!!!!
