To create posts in pages of Blogspot is a trick. Here is the process;

1. Create normal post with a title, give it a Label name and publish.

2. Go to Blogspot blog, click on the particular Label

3. You can see the Label URL in search bar, copy it

4. Go to Blogger dashboard > Pages > New page > Web address

5. Give a title in first column and paste the copied URL in second column and finally Save.

Now, you can see the post in page on blogspot, whenever you will give the same label name to any post it will appear on the particular page.
