You can migrate a female Snorunt from Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald GBA versions, then use a Dawn stone on her. Or, after you get the National dex, you can go to Snowpoint and the routes before that and use the PokeRadar to try and find Snorunt in those snowy routes. Or trade with one of your pals I suppose if they have one. Let them breed their Froslass or Glalie and let you have the egg, and if it comes out female, then lucky.
