If you suspect your dog has a kidney infection, take it to your Veterinarian immediately. This can be very painful for your dog. Only a Vet can diagnose this & issue you the needed medications. Normally they will x-ray or ultra sound, looking for stones. Then give you antibiotics & other medications needed plus a special prescription dog food diet, such as K/D. Please take your dog to your Veterinarian.
