use curling rollers. apply them when wet, and then blow dry hair or let it air dry. when you take it out, your hair will be curly
Using a hot curling iron, a curly hairstyle can be achieved in 15 minutes or less. It will probably be closer to 15 minutes if you have a lot of thick hair or it is very straight, but curling irons are very quick and easier than curlers.
you can use rollers, curling irons, braiding your hair works well to make it wavy, use mouse on it then make twists. or use mouse when your hair is soaking wet.
I have REALLY thick hair and I just use a straightener! It works really well!!!!!
"Hair curling tongs hold the hair in place while a section of it is getting curled. These are used for people with especially thick hair, and are effective when it comes to banana curling."
Use a curling iron with a thin barrel
you can get them nearly anywhere. (ulta, sephora, target, walmart, etc) i bought mine from her-styler. it was in the $200 range and has three changeable barrel sizes and two heat settings, and it takes me about a half hour to curl my hair and i have super thick hair so i highly recommend that curler
Use a curling iron. Using a larger barreled curling iron will make large curls. Remember: the larger the barrel size, the larger the curl.
about 5 seconds if you want it a thick curly 10 sec
In general you can't, I have very thick hair and it's just because it's natural. However, you could try teasing your hair or curling your hair - these give the effects of more full head of hair. You could also try applying oil from the roots to the tips of your hair which will help to thicken it.
I have thick straight hair and what i do is use hairspray and spray before i do the area im curling and then it usually stays longer. Also, to make it extra curly pull the top layer of hair in to a little ponytail and do the bottom. Then let it drop and curl the top layer. Once your all done just spay lots of hair spray(: ---------------------------------- Thats a good answer, but also you can always try different curling techniques. Different Curls, overnight curlers, spiral curling iron, maybe try a different brand of curling irons? Also it depends on what temp. you keep it at. Straight hair w/ a ceramic iron is good to curl at 5-11 ------------------------------------- That's a great idea! I sleep with my hair in to huge buns on the top of my head. Just wet your hair before bed and put some curl jel in your hair. after that put your hair into buns and when you wake up you have curly hair!!!
Use a curling wand instead of a curling iron. A wand should be about an inch thick and has no clip on it. You hand wrap your hair around it and just hold it there. Then, once you're done, split your curls (break them in two)!
yes normally they do. you can also get ones that start off thick and get thinner towards the end of the stick :)
