Drink water, eat smaller portions, snack on fruits and veggies, avoid sugary, high-calorie drinks and unhealthy snacks, do at least 30 minutes of cardio a few times a week, and do ab exercises daily (crunches, plank, bicycle crunches, etc).

Note - you cannot lose belly fat just by doing ab exercises. You must also include cardio and a healthy diet.
