A low salt diet means trying to cut salt out so try to buy the low sodium version of everything like low salt soups and use less marinating sauce to cut it out.
Don't put it on your food.
Go on a diet and exercise.
Vegetable soup is good for a diet as long as you cut out the sodium. Everything else that is in the soup is good for you, so if you just cut out the salt you should be fine.
im not too sureee haha
A no salt diet is a diet that is low in sodium. By taking most of the salt out of your diet it decreases bloating and helps one lose water weight. It is a hard diet to maintain.
start eating more every day till they stop
Cut down on the salt and sugar. Go to the gym about 3 times a week.
I believe there is a lot of controversy with the low salt diet right now. Yes, Americans consume a lot of salt through all the processed foods they eat, but at the same time, our bodies are able to take care of a multitude of problems on their own. If you eat an excessive amount of salt, cut back, but not completely. Doctors tend to totally cut off ALL salt intake, as was done with my son, and it had an adverse affect on his system and he passed away.
The most healthy diet that you can do would be to stick with lots of rounded out fruits and vegetables. If you stay rounded and cut out fats and sugars, and salt you will lose weight.
