There are many ways to select the part of the picture you want to cut out. Once you do select the area you can hit copy from the edit menu and paste onto another photo you want to in Photoshop.

∙ 12y agoUse selection tools like Magic Wand, Quick Selection tool to select area of image then mask it using layer mask or delete selected area pressing Backspace on Windows computer. Look at Layers palette if layer have padlock on right side, if so click on padlock and drag it to trash icon, then hit Backspace to delete selected area.
