People who are in military do have a hard life especially if they are married and always away. I know because I used to be in one and the man that I married was also in military but in the ship. We can't do anything when it comes to what might happen if our spouse is not a type of person that can handle the separation. Separation is very hard especially if we have kids. If it's hard for our spouse to stay behind because our spouse needs to be away, just think about those men who only doing their duty. For our military people who is always away from their family, it is more harder to them because they are missing a lot esp. if they have children.

Regardless, since you filed the waiver, the SSCR Act might make the divorce void when he returns if he fights back, since civil action against a service member cannot legally be processed due to the Act. Your best solution is to wait. He will be redeployed Stateside eventually, where this all becomes much easier.
